Every working pastor knows only too well that church leadership is freighted with myriad demands on our time and attention. Many leaders feel a sense of frustration that they are pulled every which way by busywork and interruptions that keep them from doing the things they first entered the ministry to do: preaching, teaching, pastoral care, study, prayer, and liturgical leadership.
